Our sterling silver jewellery is lead & nickel free, hypoallergenic & is suitable for sensitive ears.

We recommend storing jewellery in an airtight container or sealable bag to preserve its colour & prevent tarnishing. While wearing, please avoid direct contact with perfumes & lotions to keep your jewellery shiny & bright.

Tarnishing may occur naturally with sterling silver pieces when exposed to air - this is called oxidation. This is not unusual & can easily be removed with a lint free 100% cotton cloth or silver polishing cloth to keep them shining & tarnish free.

To clean your sterling silver jewellery pieces, please use a soft brush & mild soap, avoiding any harsh chemicals or abrasives.

Our gold plated jewellery is 14 karat gold plated over sterling silver or brass.

Gold plating requires extra special care in order to preserve the plating for as long as possible. Please remove your jewellery when cleaning, showering, swimming, exercising or using perfumes, lotions, hand sanitiser & soaps regularly.

A lint free 100% cotton cloth can be used lightly on our gold pieces to keep them shining & tarnish free. To clean, please use a soft brush & mild soap, avoiding any harsh chemicals or abrasives.

Our gold filled jewellery is a thicker layer of 14K gold over a brass base. These pieces are very unlikely to tarnish but care should still be taken to protect the longevity of your piece. Use a soft cotton cloth to clean & avoid perfumes, lotions, sanitiser & other harsh chemicals.

Scarves can are delicate & can snag easily. Keep them away from sharp objects & be careful when putting them on & off so that they don’t catch on any jewellery.

We recommend hand washing our scarves in cold water with a mild detergent & drying them in the shade.

It is not unusual for knitted scarves to pill with regular use. When this happens, you can cut off large pills very carefully with scissors, avoiding cutting the actual fabric of the scarf. Please avoid using pilling combs or pulling them off with your fingers as this can cause snagging and tears.

When not in use, store your hats flat and out of the sun.

If your hat starts to look a little misshapen, use steam to lightly dampen it before moulding it gently back into place & leave flat to dry.

Our wool & linen caps & bucket hats are designed to be fairly durable. If your cap or bucket gets marked, wipe it clean with a damp cloth.

We use high quality vegan leather for our accessories. To emulate the texture of natural leather, sometimes the grain & colours may be slightly unique. Here are a few tips to keep your vegan leather item in its best condition:

• • Avoid leaving it in direct sun
  • Keep it away from sharp items & abrasives
  • Clean with a dry or damp cotton cloth, avoid harsh chemicals
  • If your item gets wet, wipe immediately & leave to air dry completely

Please note that some of our apparel may arrive with creases. This is normal, especially for pieces made with natural fibres like cotton & linen.

If needed, you can gently cool iron or steam on the reverse of the garment only. When steaming, please place a towel over the steaming head. Hover the iron or steam nozzle away from the garments to ensure no direct contact. Ensure the garment is fully dry before turning back to the correct side for wearing & before storing flat or on hangers.

Store pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. All our apparel pieces are drycleanable.

SHIRT/CARDI

Cool handwash or gentle machine wash with similar colours. Line dry in the shade. A gentle iron or steam may be used to remove creases & crinkles.

BLAZER

Dry clean only. Select a high quality drycleaner. Do not allow exposure to direct sunlight. Cool iron with care on reverse only.

SKIRT

Dryclean recommended. Gentle cool hand wash separately in mild detergent & dry flat in shade. Please don't bleach, wring, rub, soak or tumble dry. Cool dry iron or gentle steam on reverse only with care.

SHACKET

Cool hand wash or gentle machine wash with similar colours. Wash inside out. Please don't bleach, wring, rub, soak or tumble dry. Light spin, line dry immediately in shade. Cool dry iron on reverse only with care.
